عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْحَلِفُ مَنْفَقَةٌ لِلسِّلْعَةِ مَمْحَقَةٌ لِلْكَسْبِ

ahmad:7207 – Ibn Abū ʿAdī > Shuʿbah > al-ʿAlāʾ And Ibn Jaʿfarḥaddathanā Shuʿbah > al-ʿAlāʾ from his father > Abū Hurayrah

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The false oath is detrimental to the merchandise and destructive to earnings." And Ibn Ja'far said: "It brings blessings."

[Machine] On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said, "The false oath is an expenditure for merchandise that destroys one's earnings."
