[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ placed a pulpit for Hassan in the mosque, and he would defend him with poetry. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would say, "Indeed, Allah ﷻ supports Hassan with the Holy Spirit, defending His Messenger ﷺ."  

أحمد:٢٤٤٣٧ – حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَضَعَ لِحَسَّانَ مِنْبَرًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ يُنَافِحُ عَنْهُ بِالشِّعْرِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ لَيُؤَيِّدُ حَسَّانَ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ يُنَافِحُ عَنْ رَسُولِهِ ﷺ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a Minbar placed in the Masjid for Hassan to stand to boast (poetically) about the Messenger of Allah ﷺ" - or she said: "to defend the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Indeed Allah has aided Hassan with the holy spirit (Jibril) as he boasts about - or - defends the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.'"

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَضَعُ لِحَسَّانَ مِنْبَرًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ يَقُومُ عَلَيْهِ قَائِمًا يُفَاخِرُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَوْ قَالَ يُنَافِحُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَيَقُولُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُؤَيِّدُ حَسَّانَ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ مَا يُفَاخِرُ أَوْ يُنَافِحُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to setup a pulpit in the mosque for Hassan who would stand on it and satirise those who spoke against the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would say: The spirit of holiness (i.e. Gabriel) is with Hassan so long as he speaks in defence of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 5015)   

الحاكم:٦٠٥٨ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَهِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَضَعُ لِحَسَّانَ مِنْبَرًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ يَقُومُ عَلَيْهِ قَائِمًا يُفَاخِرُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ» وَيَقُولُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُؤَيِّدُ حَسَّانَ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ مَا نَافَحَ أَوْ فَاخَرَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to place a pulpit for Hassaan ibn Thabit in the mosque where he would recite poetry on it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Allah, strengthen him with the Holy Spirit in defense of Your Prophet."  

الطبراني:٣٥٨٠ – حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْهَرَوِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَضَعُ لِحَسَّانَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ مِنْبَرًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ يَنْشُدُ عَلَيْهِ الْأَشْعَارَ قَالَتْ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اللهُمَّ أَيِّدْهُ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ مَا نَافَحَ عَنْ نَبِيِّكَ»
