[Machine] The Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to take me and sit me on his thigh, and he would sit Al-Hasan ibn Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) on his other thigh. Then, he would bring us close and say, "O Allah, have mercy on both of them, for I am merciful towards them."  

أحمد:٢١٧٨٧ – حَدَّثَنَا عَارِمُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا تَمِيمَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ يُحَدِّثُهُ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ

كَانَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ يَأْخُذُنِي فَيُقْعِدُنِي عَلَى فَخِذِهِ وَيُقْعِدُ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ عَلَى فَخِذِهِ الْأُخْرَى ثُمَّ يَضُمُّنَا ثُمَّ يَقُولُ اللهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُمَا فَإِنِّي أَرْحَمُهُمَا

ibnhibban:6961 – Aḥmad b. al-Ḥasan b. ʿAbd al-Jabbār > al-Ḥārith b. Surayj al-Naqāl > al-Muʿtamir b. Sulaymān from my father > Abū ʿUthmān al-Nahdī > Usāmah b. Zayd

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to take me and place me on his thigh, and he would place Al-Hasan ibn Ali on his other thigh. Then, he would say, "O Allah, I love them, so please love them."
