A pregnant widow may remarry after giving birth
[AI] Subai'ah al-Aslamiyyah's husband died while she was pregnant, and she remained only a few nights before giving birth. When she recovered from her postnatal bleeding, she was proposed to, so she asked the Prophet ﷺ for permission to marry, and he gave her permission to marry, so she married.
