عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ»

[AI] He heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), so he mentioned it in a similar way.

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] We came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while we were forty and four hundred, and he mentioned the Hadith.

أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ أَرْبَعُونَ وَأَرْبَعُمِائَةٍ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] We met the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he mentioned the hadith.

أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] We came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he mentioned the narration.

أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] He went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and mentioned the conversation.

أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] He informed him that he went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and mentioned the narration.

أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "So he mentioned its likeness."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَحْرُسُهُ أَصْحَابُهُ وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, and he mentioned its meaning without attributing it to anyone.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ وَلَمْيُسْنِدْهُ

[AI] The meaning of the passage is: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a whip, so he mentioned its significance."

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَدْ شَمِطَ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say. . . He then mentioned the tradition to the same effect. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4492)

كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] He saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and mentioned his likeness.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَعْتَمَ لَيْلَةً فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] "While the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned its meaning with us."

بَيْنَمَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mention something similar.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ

[AI] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressed us and mentioned something similar."

خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said in my house, so he mentioned its meaning.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَيْتِي فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed for us and mentioned us.

صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ

[AI] His mother came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "So he mentioned its meaning with us."

أَنَّ أُمَّهُ أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

The above mentioned tradition has also been transmitted in a similar manner by Ibn 'Abbas from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1491)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

The same as No. 290. from the Prophet. (Using translation from Bukhārī 1199b)

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَحْوَهُ

Abu Huraira reported a hadith like this through another chain of transmitters. (Using translation from Muslim 2653a)

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «كَانَ لِيَعْقُوبَ أَخٌ مُؤَاخِيًا» فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِهِ

[AI] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed in the house between the two pillars."

«صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الْبَيْتِ بَيْنَ السَّارِيَتَيْنِ»

[AI] "We sent the messenger of Allah ﷺ to Al-Hurqat, and he mentioned the tradition."

«بَعَثَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْحُرُقَاتِ» فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
