"When any one of you sees a funeral and is not walking with it, let him stand up until it has passed him, or until (the body) is placed (in the grave) before if passes him." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1915)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمُالْجَنَازَةَ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ مَاشِيًا مَعَهَا فَلْيَقُمْ حَتَّى تُجَاوِزَهُ أَوْ تُوضَعَ
The Prophet ﷺ said, "If any one of you see a funeral procession and he is not going along with it, then he should stand and remain standing till he gets behind it, or it leaves him behind, or the coffin is put down before it goes ahead of him . "
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ جَنَازَةً فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَاشِيًا مَعَهَا فَلْيَقُمْ حَتَّى يُخَلِّفَهَا أَوْ تُخَلِّفَهُ أَوْ تُوضَعَ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تُخَلِّفَهُ
Should anyone amongst you see a bier he must stand up so long as it is within sight in case he does not intend to follow it.
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمُ الْجَنَازَةَ فَلْيَقُمْ حِينَ يَرَاهَا حَتَّى تُخَلِّفَهُ إِذَا كَانَ غَيْرَ مُتَّبِعِهَا
"When any one of you sees a funeral and is not walking with it, let him stand up until it has passed him, or until (the body) is placed (in the grave) before if passes him."

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever prays upon a deceased and does not walk with the funeral procession, let him stand until it departs from him. And whoever walks with it, let him not sit until it is laid down."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَى جَنَازَةٍ فَلَمْ يَمْشِ مَعَهَا فَلْيَقُمْ حَتَّى تَغِيبَ عَنْهُ وَمَنْ مَشَى مَعَهَا فَلَا يَجْلِسْ حَتَّى تُوضَعَ

"إِذَا رأى أحدُكُمْ جنازةً فإنْ لم يكُنْ ماشيًا مَعَها فليقُمْ حتى يَخْلُفَها أو تَخْلُفَهُ أو تُوضَعَ مِنْ قَبلِ أنْ تخْلُفَهُ".
"إذا صلّى أحدُكم على جنازة ولم يمش معها، فْليقمْ لها حتى تغيبَ عنه وأنْ مشى معها فلا يقعد حتَّى تُوضعَ".
