"Two men argued about the Masjid which was founded on piety from the first day. [1] One man said that it was the Masjid of Quba', and the other said that it was the Masjid of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'It is this Masjid of mine.'" [1] At-Tawbah 9:108. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 697)  

أحمد:١١٠٤٦ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي لَيْثٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ أَبِي أَنَسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ تَمَارَى رَجُلَانِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الَّذِي أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَى مِنْ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ هُوَ مَسْجِدُ قُبَاءَ وَقَالَ رَجُلٌ هُوَ مَسْجِدُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ هُوَ مَسْجِدِي

"Two men disagreed over the Masjid whose foundation was laid upon Taqwa from the first day (9:108). A man said: 'It is Masjid Quba' and the other said: 'It is the Masjid of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.' So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'It is this Masjid of mine.'"  

الترمذي:٣٠٩٩ – حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ

[Machine] Two men were walking in the mosque that was established on piety. One of them said, "This is the mosque of Quba." And the other said, "This is the mosque of the Prophet ﷺ." The Prophet ﷺ then said, "This is my mosque."

[Machine] Two men disagreed about the covenant of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the mosque that was established based on piety. One of them said, "This is the mosque of the Messenger." The other said, "This is the mosque of Qubaa." So, they went to the Prophet ﷺ and asked him. He said, "This is my mosque."  

أحمد:٢٢٨٠٥ – حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ التَّيْمِيُّ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ

اخْتَلَفَ رَجُلَانِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الَّذِي أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَى؟ فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا هُوَ مَسْجِدُ الرَّسُولِ وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ هُوَ مَسْجِدُ قُبَاءٍ فَأَتَيَا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَسَأَلَاهُ فَقَالَ هُوَ مَسْجِدِي هَذَا  

ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ قَدْ يُوهِمُ مَنْ لَمْ يُحْكِمْ صِنَاعَةِ الْحَدِيثِ أَنَّ خَبَرَ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ الَّذِي ذَكَرْنَاهُ مَعْلُولٌ
