The Prophet ﷺ said: "When Friday comes, the angels sit at the doors of the Masjid and record who comes to Jumu'ah prayers. Then, when the Imam comes out, the angels roll up their scrolls." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The one who comes early to Jumu'ah prayers is like one who sacrifices a camel, then like one who sacrifices a cow, then like one who sacrifices a sheep, then like one who sacrifices a duck, then like one who sacrifices a chicken, then like one who sacrifices an egg." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1385)   

عَنِ الْأَغَرِّ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ صَاحِبِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ قَعَدَتِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ عَلَى أَبْوَابِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَكَتَبُوا مَنْ جَاءَ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ فَإِذَا خَرَجَ الْإِمَامُ طَوَتِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ الصُّحُفَ وَدَخَلَتْتَسْتَمِعُ الذِّكْرَ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمُهَجِّرُ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ كَالْمُهْدِي بَدَنَةً ثُمَّ كَالْمُهْدِي بَقَرَةً ثُمَّ كَالْمُهْدِي شَاةً ثُمَّ كَالْمُهْدِي بَطَّةً ثُمَّ كَالْمُهْدِي دَجَاجَةً ثُمَّ كَالْمُهْدِي بَيْضَةً  

It is Allah Who knows best what they would be doing. (Using translation from Muslim 2659b)  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ أَوْلَادِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَقَالَ اللهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا كَانُوا عَامِلِينَ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) said, 'And who is more unjust than one who creates like My creation? Let them create a mosquito or let them create a grain.'"  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ اللهُ ﷻ وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنْ يَخْلُقُ كَخَلْقِي فَلْيَخْلُقُوا بَعُوضَةً أَوْ لِيَخْلُقُوا ذَرَّةً  

"Jibra'il kept enjoining good treatment of neighbours untol I thought that he would make neigbours heirs." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3673)  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا زَالَ جِبْرِيلُ يُوصِينِي بِالْجَارِ حَتَّى ظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ سَيُوَرِّثُهُ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a pregnant camel or a pregnant sheep and milks it, he has the choice to keep it or return it, along with a container of food."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنِ اشْتَرَى لِقْحَةً مُصَرَّاةً أَوْ شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَحَلَبَهَا فَهُوَ بِأَحَدِ النَّظَرَيْنِ بِالْخِيَارِ إِلَى أَنْ يَحُوزَهَا أَوْ يَرُدَّهَا وَإِنَاءً مِنْ طَعَامٍ  

“The likeness of one who takes back his gift is that of a dog that eats until it is full and vomits; then it goes back to its vomit and eats it again.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2384)  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَعُودُ فِي عَطِيَّتِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ يَأْكُلُ حَتَّى إِذَا شَبِعَ قَاءَ ثُمَّ عَادَ فِي قَيْئِهِ فَأَكَلَهُ  

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'No one among you should urinate into standing water.'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 344)   

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَبُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الْمَاءِ الدَّائِمِ ثُمَّ يَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْهُ  

[Machine] "From Abu Hurairah, similar to him."  

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ مِثْلَهُ  

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'An orphan girl should be consulted with regard to marriage, and if she remains silent, that is her permission. If she refuses then she is not to be forced.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3270)  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَهُوَ إِذْنُهَا وَإِنْ أَبَتْ فَلَا جَوَازَ عَلَيْهَا  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When Allah created the creation, He wrote in a book that is with Him, above the Throne: 'Indeed, My mercy has preceded My anger.'"  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا خَلَقَ اللهُ الْخَلْقَ كَتَبَ كِتَابًا فَهُوَ عِنْدَهُ فَوْقَ الْعَرْشِ إِنَّ رَحْمَتِي سَبَقَتْ غَضَبِي  

I am most akin to Jesus Christ among the whole of mankind, and all the Prophets are of different mothers but belong to one religion and no Prophet was raised between me and Jesus. (Using translation from Muslim 2365b)   

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَا أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِعِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ؛ الْأَنْبِيَاءُ كُلُّهُمْ بَنُو عَلَّاتٍ وَلَيْسَ بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَ عِيسَى نَبِىٌّ  

The Paradise is surrounded by hardships and the Hell-Fire is surrounded by temptations. (Using translation from Muslim 2822)  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ حُفَّتِ النَّارُ بِالشَّهَوَاتِ وَحُفَّتْ الْجَنَّةُ بِالْمَكَارِهِ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If one of you spits in the mosque, let him bury it. If he does not do so, then let him spit on his garment."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا بَزَقَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَلْيَدْفِنْهُ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ فَلْيَبْزُقْ فِي ثَوْبِهِ  

[Machine] Regarding the Prophet ﷺ, they should be named after me and not called by my nickname.  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ تَسَمَّوْا بِاسْمِي وَلَا تَكْتَنُوا بِكُنْيَتِي  

[Machine] O son of my brother, I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ halting his ride while it was tied, and I held its reins or reins, placing my foot on his hand. Then a group of Quraish came and gathered around him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was brought a vessel of milk and he drank it while sitting on his ride. Then he passed it to the one on his right and he drank while standing until all the people drank while standing.  

يَا ابْنَ أَخِي رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَقَلَ رَاحِلَتَهُ وَهِيَ مُنَاخَةٌ وَأَنَا آخِذٌ بِخِطَامِهَا أَوْ بِزِمَامِهَا وَاضِعًا رِجْلِي عَلَى يَدِهَا فَجَاءَ نَفَرٌ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ فَقَامُوا حَوْلَهُ فَأُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِإِنَاءٍ مِنْ لَبَنٍ فَشَرِبَ وَهُوَ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ ثُمَّ نَاوَلَ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ فَشَرِبَ قَائِمًا حَتَّى شَرِبَ الْقَوْمُكُلُّهُمْ قِيَامًا  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, or Abu Al-Qasim ﷺ said, "Shouldn't the one who lifts his head while the imam is in prostration fear that Allah will turn his head into the head of a donkey?"  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَوْ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ أَمَا يَخَافُ الَّذِي يَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ وَالْإِمَامُ سَاجِدٌ أَنْ يُحَوِّلَ اللهُ رَأْسَهُ رَأْسَ حِمَارٍ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "He who raises his head before the imam, while still with the imam, it is as if he has transformed the image of Allah into the image of a donkey."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا يُؤْمِنُ الَّذِي يَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ قَبْلَ الْإِمَامِ وَهُوَ مَعَ الْإِمَامِ أَنْ يُحَوِّلَ اللهُ صُورَتَهُ صُورَةَ حِمَارٍ  

[Machine] My friend advised me with three things; fasting three days every month, praying Witr before sleeping, and performing the Friday bath.  

أَوْصَانِي خَلِيلِي بِثَلَاثٍ صَوْمُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ وَالْوِتْرُ قَبْلَ النَّوْمِ وَالْغُسْلُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ  

[Machine] They mentioned to the Prophet ﷺ a man or that a man said, "O Messenger of Allah, so and so slept last night and did not pray until morning." He (the Prophet) said, "Satan urinated in his ear."  

ذَكَرُوا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ رَجُلًا أَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ فُلَانًا نَامَ الْبَارِحَةَ وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ حَتَّى أَصْبَحَ قَالَ بَالَ الشَّيْطَانُ فِي أُذُنِهِ  

If anyone says a rak'ah of the 'Asr prayer before sunset, he has observed (the 'Asr prayer), and if anyone performs a rak'ah of the Fajr prayer, he has observed (the Fajr prayer). (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 412)   

أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَهَا وَمَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَهَا  

"The poor man (Miskin) is not the one who leaves if you give him a morsel or two, or a date or two." They said: "Then who is the Miskin, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "The one who does not possess independence of means, and the people do not know of his need, so that they could give him charity." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2573)   

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَيْسَ الْمِسْكِينُ الَّذِي تَرُدُّهُ التَّمْرَةُ وَالتَّمْرَتَانِ وَالْأُكْلَةُ وَالْأُكْلَتَانِ قَالُوا فَمَنِ الْمِسْكِينُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ الَّذِي لَا يَجِدُ غِنًى وَلَا يَعْلَمُ النَّاسُ بِحَاجَتِهِ فَيُتَصَدَّقَ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَذَلِكَ هُوَ الْمَحْرُومُ  

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ with a narration similar to this, except that he said, "They said, 'O Messenger of Allah, so who is the poor?' He said, 'The one who has no wealth and does not ask the people for assistance.'"  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِمِثْلِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَمَنِ الْمِسْكِينُ؟ قَالَ الَّذِي لَيْسَ لَهُ غِنًى وَلَا يَسْأَلُ النَّاسَ إِلْحَافًا  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The shade of the wealthy is unjust."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ  

The Jews and the Christians do not dye (their hair), so oppose them. (Using translation from Muslim 2103)  

أَنَّ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى لَا يَصْبُغُونَ فَخَالِفُوا عَلَيْهِمْ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The characteristics of people in the time of ignorance are the same as their characteristics in Islam when they acquire understanding."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ النَّاسُ مَعَادِنُ خِيَارُهُمْ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ خِيَارُهُمْ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ إِذَا فَقِهُوا  

Saihan, Jaihan, Euphrates and Nile are all among the rivers of Paradise. (Using translation from Muslim 2839)   

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فُجِّرَتْ أَرْبَعَةُ أَنْهَارٍ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ الْفُرَاتُ وَالنِّيلُ وَسَيْحَانُ وَجَيْحَانُ  

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Change grey hair, and do not resemble the Jews.ʿ (Using translation from Aḥmad 1415)   

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ غَيِّرُوا الشَّيْبَ وَلَا تَشَبَّهُوا بِالْيَهُودِ وَلَا بِالنَّصَارَى  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Death will be brought on the Day of Judgment, and it will be placed on the Sirat (the bridge over Hell). It will be said, 'O people of Jannah (Paradise)!' So they will look down, fearful and trembling, afraid that they will be taken out (of Jannah). And it will be said, 'Yazeed (a name) will be taken out."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُؤْتَى بِالْمَوْتِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيُوقَفُ عَلَى الصِّرَاطِ فَيُقَالُ يَا أَهْلَ الْجَنَّةِ فَيَطَّلِعُونَ خَائِفِينَ وَجِلِينَ أَنْ يُخْرَجُوا وَقَالَ يَزِيدُ أَنْ يُخْرَجُوا  

A woman was tormented because of a cat which she had tied and thus allowed it neither to eat or drink nor set it free so that it might eat the vermin of the earth. (Using translation from Muslim 2242f)   

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ دَخَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ النَّارَ فِي هِرَّةٍ رَبَطَتْهَا فَلَمْ تُطْعِمْهَا وَلَمْ تَسْقِهَا وَلَمْ تُرْسِلْهَا فَتَأْكُلَمِنْ خَشَاشِ الْأَرْضِ  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ forbade al-wisal. They said, "But you practice al-wisal." He said, "You are not like me. Indeed, Allah feeds me and quenches my thirst." And he said, "Indeed, I spend the night while my Lord feeds me and quenches my thirst."  

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْوِصَالِ قَالُواإِنَّكَ تُوَاصِلُ قَالَ إِنَّكُمْ لَسْتُمْ كَهَيْئَتِي إِنَّ اللهَ حِبِّي يُطْعِمُنِي وَيَسْقِينِ وَقَالَ يَزِيدُ إِنِّي أَبِيتُ يُطْعِمُنِي رَبِّي وَيَسْقِينِي  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Knowledge will be withdrawn, and turmoil will prevail, and disputes will increase." It was asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is turmoil?" He said, "Killing."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُقْبَضُ الْعِلْمُ وَتَظْهَرُ الْفِتَنُ وَيَكْثُرُ الْهَرْجُ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَا الْهَرْجُ؟ قَالَ الْقَتْلُ  

Abu Hurairah reported the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying; Glorifying Allah applies to men and clapping applies only to women. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 939)  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ التَّسْبِيحُ لِلرِّجَالِ وَالتَّصْفِيقُ لِلنِّسَاءِ  

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "When one of you prays and then sits in his place of prayer, the angels continue to say, 'O Allah, forgive him, O Allah, have mercy on him, as long as he does not talk or engage in worldly affairs."  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِذَا صَلَّى أَحَدُكُمْ ثُمَّ جَلَسَ فِي مُصَلَّاهُ لَمْ تَزَلِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ تَقُولُ اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ اللهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُ مَا لَمْ يُحْدِثْ أَوْ يَقُومْ  

“A funeral passed by the Prophet ﷺ and they praised (the deceased) and spoke well of him and mentioned his good characteristics. He said: ‘(Paradise is) guaranteed for him.’ Then another funeral passed by and they spoke badly of him and mentioned his bad characteristics, and he the Prophet ﷺ said: ‘(Hell is) guaranteed for him. You are the witnesses of Allah on earth.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1492)   

مَرَّتْ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يَزِيدُ مَرُّوا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بِجِنَازَةٍ فَأَثْنَوْا عَلَيْهَا خَيْرًا فِي مَنَاقِبِ الْخَيْرِ فَقَالَ وَجَبَتْ ثُمَّ مَرَّتْ عَلَيْهِ جَنَازَةٌ أُخْرَى فَأَثْنَوْا عَلَيْهَا شَرًّا فِي مَنَاقِبِ الشَّرِّ فَقَالَ وَجَبَتْ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنَّكُمْ شُهَدَاءُ فِي الْأَرْضِ  

“Whoever sees me in a dream has (really) seen me, for Satan cannot appear in my form.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3901)   

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ رَآنِي فِيالْمَنَامِ فَقَدْ رَأَى الْحَقَّ إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَا يَتَشَبَّهُ بِي  

“The Hour will not begin until the Euphrates uncovers a mountain of gold and people fight over it, and out of every ten, nine will be killed.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 4046)   

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَحْسِرُ الْفُرَاتُ عَنْ جَبَلٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَيَقْتَتِلُ النَّاسُ عَلَيْهِ فَيُقْتَلُ مِنْ كُلِّ عَشَرَةٍ تِسْعَةٌ  

“Richness is not an abundance of worldly goods, rather richness is contentment with one’s lot.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 4137)  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ الْغِنَى عَنْ كَثْرَةِ الْعَرَضِ وَلَكِنَّ الْغِنَى غِنَى النَّفْسِ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The people are followers of Quraysh in this matter, their best ones are followed by their best, and their worst ones are followed by their worst."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ النَّاسُ تَبَعٌ لِقُرَيْشٍ فِي هَذَا الْأَمْرِ خِيَارُهُمْ تَبَعٌ لِخِيَارِهِمْ وَشِرَارُهُمْ تَبَعٌ لِشِرَارِهِمْ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said about this black seed, "It is a remedy for every disease except death." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is death?" He said, "It is the end."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي هَذِهِ الْحَبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ شِفَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ إِلَّا السَّامَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَا السَّامُ؟ قَالَ الْمَوْتُ  

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Gold for gold, weight for weight, like for like; and silver for silver, weight for weight, like for like. Whoever gives more or takes more has engaged in Riba."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4569)   

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْفِضَّةُ بِالْفِضَّةِ مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ وَزْنًا بِوَزْنٍ وَالذَّهَبُ بِالذَّهَبِ وَزْنًا بِوَزْنٍ مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ فَمَنْ زَادَ فَهُوَ رِبًا  

[Machine] "Do not sell a fruit until its goodness appears."  

وَلَا تُبَاعُ ثَمَرَةٌ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا  

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Three practices of the people of ignorance that the people of Islam do not abandon are wailing, seeking rain through certain stars, and saying, 'O family of so-and-so, O family of so-and-so.' I said to Sa'id, ‘What is it?’ He said, 'It is a practice of the people of ignorance to call upon specific families.'"  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ ثَلَاثٌ مِنْ عَمَلِ أَهْلِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ لَا يَتْرُكُهُنَّ أَهْلُ الْإِسْلَامِ النِّيَاحَةُ وَالِاسْتِسْقَاءُ بِالْأَنْوَاءِ وَكَذَا قُلْتُ لِسَعِيدٍ وَمَا هُوَ؟ قَالَ دَعْوَى الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَا آلَ فُلَانٍ يَا آلَ فُلَانٍ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever sends prayers upon me once, Allah will record for him ten good deeds."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَيَّ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً كَتَبَ اللهُ ﷻ لَهُ بِهَا عَشْرَ حَسَنَاتٍ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever sends one prayer upon me, Allah will record for him ten good deeds."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَيَّ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً كَتَبَ اللهُ ﷻ لَهُ بِهَا عَشْرَ حَسَنَاتٍ  

[Machine] The messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no person who possesses wealth and fails to give its due rights except that it will be turned into plates of fire, which will be heated and pressed onto his forehead, sides, and back until Allah judges between His servants on a Day whose duration is equal to fifty thousand years of what you count. And then, he will be shown the path either to Paradise or to Hell. And there is no person who possesses cattle and fails to give their due rights except that on the Day of Resurrection, the cattle will come in a deformed state, trampling him with their hooves and hitting him with their horns, until Allah judges between His servants on a Day whose duration is equal to fifty thousand years of what you count. And then, he will be shown the path either to Paradise or to Hell. Then he was asked about horses, and he said, 'Horses will be bridled while their harnesses are of reward for a man, protection for another, beauty for a third, and a burden for a fourth. As for the one for whom it is a reward, he takes the horse in the cause of Allah and whatever remains inside it is his reward. And if it passes by a river and drinks from it, whatever remains inside it is his reward. And if it passes by a pasture and eats from it, whatever it has eaten is his reward. And if it seeks shade, for every step it takes in search of shade, there is a reward for its owner, even its droppings and urine are mentioned.' And as for the one for whom it is protection and beauty, he takes the horse for honor and adornment, and never neglects the rights of its belly and back, in times of hardship and ease. And as for the one for whom it is a burden, he takes the horse for vanity, arrogance, showing off, and uselessness." Then he was asked about red camels, and he said, "Allah has not revealed anything about them to me except for the verse: 'Whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, and whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it.'"  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا مِنْ صَاحِبِ كَنْزٍ لَا يُؤَدِّي حَقَّهُ إِلَّا جُعِلَ صَفَائِحَ يُحْمَى عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَى بِهَا جَبْهَتُهُ وَجَنْبُهُ وَظَهْرُهُ حَتَّى يَحْكُمَ اللهُ ﷻ بَيْنَ عِبَادِهِ فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِمَّا تَعُدُّونَ ثُمَّ يُرَىسَبِيلَهُ إِمَّا إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَإِمَّا إِلَى النَّارِ وَمَا مِنْ صَاحِبِ غَنَمٍ لَا يُؤَدِّي حَقَّهَا إِلَّا جَاءَتْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَوْفَرَ مَا كَانَتْ فَيُبْطَحُ لَهَا بِقَاعٍ قَرْقَرٍ فَتَنْطَحُهُ بِقُرُونِهَا وَتَطَؤُهُ بِأَظْلَافِهَا لَيْسَ فِيهَا عَقْصَاءُ وَلَا جَلْحَاءُ كُلَّمَا مَضَتْ أُخْرَاهَا رُدَّتْ عَلَيْهِ أُولَاهَا حَتَّى يَحْكُمَ اللهُ ﷻ بَيْنَ عِبَادِهِ فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِمَّا تَعُدُّونَ ثُمَّ يَرَى سَبِيلَهُ إِمَّا إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَإِمَّا إِلَى النَّارِ وَمَا مِنْ صَاحِبِ إِبِلٍ لَا يُؤَدِّي حَقَّهَا إِلَّا جَاءَتْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَوْفَرَ مَا كَانَتْ فَيُبْطَحُ لَهَا بِقَاعٍ قَرْقَرٍ فَتَطَؤُهُ بِأَخْفَافِهَا كُلَّمَا مَضَتْ أُخْرَاهَا رُدَّتْ عَلَيْهِ أُولَاهَا حَتَّى يَحْكُمَ اللهُ بَيْنَ عِبَادِهِ فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِمَّا تَعُدُّونَ ثُمَّ يَرَى سَبِيلَهُ إِمَّا إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَإِمَّا إِلَى النَّارِ ثُمَّ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْخَيْلِ فَقَالَ الْخَيْلُ مَعْقُودٌ فِي نَوَاصِيهَا الْخَيْرُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَهِيَ لِرَجُلٍ أَجْرٌ وَلِرَجُلٍ سِتْرٌ وَجَمَالٌ وَعَلَى رَجُلٍ وَزْرٌ أَمَّا الَّذِي هِيَ لَهُ أَجْرٌ فَرَجُلٌ يَتَّخِذُهَا يُعِدُّهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَمَا غَيَّبَتْ فِي بُطُونِهَا فَهُوَ لَهُ أَجْرٌ وَإِنْ مَرَّتْ بِنَهَرٍ فَشَرِبَتْ مِنْهُ فَمَا غَيَّبَتْ فِي بُطُونِهَا فَهُوَ لَهُ أَجْرٌ وَإِنْ مَرَّتْ بِمَرْجٍ فَمَاأَكَلَتْ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ لَهُ أَجْرٌ وَإِنِ اسْتَنَّتْ شَرَفًا فَلَهُ بِكُلِّ خُطْوَةٍ تَخْطُوهَا أَجْرٌ حَتَّى ذَكَرَ أَرْوَاثَهَا وَأَبْوَالَهَا وَأَمَّا الَّتِي هِيَ لَهُ سِتْرٌ وَجَمَالٌ فَرَجُلٌ يَتَّخِذُهَا تَكَرُّمًا وَتَجَمُّلًا وَلَا يَنْسَى حَقَّ بُطُونِهَا وَظُهُورِهَا في عُسْرِهَا وَيُسْرِهَا وَأَمَّا الَّذِي هِيَ عَلَيْهِ وِزْرٌ فَرَجُلٌ يَتَّخِذُهَا بَذَخًا وَأَشَرًا وَرِيَاءً وَبَطَرًا ثُمَّ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْحُمُرِ فَقَالَ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَلَيَّ فِيهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا الْآيَةَ الْفَاذَّةَ الْجَامِعَةَ {مَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُ وَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَرَهُ}  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The Hour (Day of Judgment) will not come until people are rained upon with a rain that does not reach the houses made of mud brick, but only reaches the houses made of hair."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُحَتَّى يُمْطَرَ النَّاسُ مَطَرًا لَا تُكِنُّ مِنْهُ بُيُوتُ الْمَدَرِ وَلَا تُكِنُّ مِنْهُ إِلَّا بُيُوتُ الشَّعَرِ  

Iraq would withhold its dirhams and qafiz; Syria would withhold its mudd and dinar and Egypt would withhold its irdab and dinar and you would recoil to that position from where you started and you would recoil to that position from where you started and you would recoil to that position from where you started, the flesh and blood of Abu Huraira would bear testimony to it. (Using translation from Muslim 2896)  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنَعَتِ الْعِرَاقُ قَفِيزَهَا وَدِرْهَمَهَا وَمَنَعْتِ الشَّامُ مُدَّهَا وَدِينَارَهَا وَمَنَعَتْ مِصْرُ إِرْدَبَّهَا وَدِينَارَهَا وَعُدْتُمْ مِنْ حَيْثُ بَدَأْتُمْ وَعُدْتُمْ مِنْ حَيْثُ بَدَأْتُمْ وَعُدْتُمْ مِنْ حَيْثُ بَدَأْتُمْ يَشْهَدُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ لَحْمُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَدَمُهُ  

Abu Hurairah reported the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ as saying “The angels do not accompany the fellow travelers who have a dog or bell (with them).” (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2555)  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا تَصْحَبُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ رُفْقَةً فِيهَا كَلْبٌ أَوْ جَرَسٌ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If you meet them on the road, do not greet them with peace, and force them to the narrowest part of it." Zuhayr asked, "What about the Jews and Christians?" He replied, "The idolaters too."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا لَقِيتُمُوهُمْ فِي طَرِيقٍ فَلَا تَبْدَءُوهُمْ بِالسَّلَامِ وَاضْطَرُّوهُمْ إِلَى أَضْيَقِهَا قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ فَقُلْتُ لِسُهَيْلٍ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى؟ فَقَالَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When a person gets up from his seat and then returns to it, he has more right to it."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَامَ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ
