Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked regarding ghee (cooking butter) in which a mouse had fallen. He said, "Take out the mouse and throw away the ghee around it and use the rest."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ سَقَطَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَقَالَ أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا فَاطْرَحُوهُ وَكُلُوا سَمْنَكُمْ

The Prophet ﷺ was asked about a mouse that had fallen into butter-fat (and died). He said, "Throw away the mouse and the portion of butter-fat around it, and eat the rest."

سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ سَقَطَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَقَالَ أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلُوهُ

From Maimunah that a mouse fell in some cooking fat and died. So the Prophet ﷺ was asked about that and he said: "Remove it (the mouse) and what was around it and then eat it (the fat)." He said: There are something on this topic from Abu Hurairah.

أَنَّ فَأْرَةً وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَمَاتَتْ فَسُئِلَ عَنْهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلُوهُ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

a mouse fell into some cooking fat and died. The Prophet was asked (about that) and he said: "Throw it away, and whatever is around it, and eat (the rest)."

أَنَّ فَأْرَةً وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَمَاتَتْ فَسُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلُوهُ

the Prophet was asked about a mouse that had fallen into some solid cooking fat. He said. "Take it, and whatever is around it, and throw it away."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ جَامِدٍ فَقَالَ خُذُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا فَأَلْقُوهُ

the Prophet was asked about a mouse that fell into the cooking fat. He said: "If it (the fat) is solid, then throw it away, and whatever is around it. If it is liquid then do not use it at all."(Daif)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْفَأْرَةِ تَقَعُ فِي السَّمْنِ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ جَامِدًا فَأَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ مَائِعًا فَلاَ تَقْرَبُوهُ

[AI] The translation of the phrase "رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلُوهُ»" into English is: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Allah throws it and everything around it and devours it.'"

رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلُوهُ»

a mouse fell into some cooking fat and died. The Prophet was asked (about that) and he said: "Throw it away, and whatever is around it, and eat (the rest)." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4258)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَقَالَ «أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلُوا»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ was asked about a rat that fell into oil and died, so he said: "Take it and what is around it, then discard it."

سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَمَاتَتْ فَقَالَ «خُذُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا فَاطْرَحُوهُ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ was asked about a mouse that fell into fat and died. He replied, "If it is solid, take it out along with what is around it and eat what remains. If it is liquid, do not eat it."

the Prophet was asked about a mouse that fell into the cooking fat. He said: "If it (the fat) is solid, then throw it away, and whatever is around it. If it is liquid then do not use it at all."(Daif) (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4260)

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a mouse that fell into fat and died? He said, "If it was solid, then take it and everything around it and eat what remains. But if it was liquid, then do not eat it."

a mouse fell into some cooking fat and died. The Prophet was asked (about that) and he said: "Throw it away, and whatever is around it, and eat (the rest)." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4258)

the Prophet was asked about a mouse that had fallen into some solid cooking fat. He said. "Take it, and whatever is around it, and throw it away." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4259)

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ قَالَ خُذُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا فَأَلْقُوهُ

Malik related to me from Ibn Shihab from Ubaydullah ibn Abdullah ibn Utba ibn Masud from Abdullah ibn Abbas from Maimuna, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a mouse falling into clarified butter. He said, "Remove it and throw away what is around it "

عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْفَأْرَةِ تَقَعُ فِي السَّمْنِ فَقَالَ انْزِعُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا فَاطْرَحُوهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a mouse that dies in clarified butter, so he said, "If it is solid, throw it away along with anything around it and eat. But if it is liquid, do not go near it."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْفَأْرَةِ تَمُوتُ فِي السَّمْنِ فَقَالَ «إِنْ كَانَ جَامِدًا فَأَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلُوهُ وَإِنْ كَانَ ذَائِبًا فَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُ»

the Prophet was asked about a mouse that fell into the cooking fat. He said: "If it (the fat) is solid, then throw it away, and whatever is around it. If it is liquid then do not use it at all."(Daif) (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4260)

سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْفَأْرَةِ تَقَعُ فِي السَّمْنِ فَقَالَ «إِنْ كَانَ جَامِدًا فَأَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ مَائِعًا فَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُ» يَعْنِي ذَائِبًا

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a mouse that falls into ghee and dies. He said, "If it is solid (or frozen), throw it away along with what is around it and do not consume it. But if it is liquid, do not approach it."

سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْفَأْرَةِ تَقَعُ فِي السَّمْنِ فَتَمُوتُ قَالَ «إِنْ كَانَ جَامِدًا أَلْقَاهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَأَكَلَهُ وَإِنْ كَانَ مَائِعًا لَمْ يَقْرَبْهُ»

عَن النَّبِيّ ﷺ؛ أَنَّه سُئِلَ عَن فأرة وقعت في سمن قال تؤخذ وما حولها وتطرح أحسبه قال ويؤكل الباقي

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a mouse that fell into fat. He said: "Take it and what is around it, throw it away and eat your fat."

سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ قَالَ «خُذُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا فَاطْرَحُوهُ وَكُلُوا سَمْنَكُمْ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ was asked about a rat that fell into a fat or grease, and he said, "Throw it away along with what is around it and avoid eating it."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَقَالَ «أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلُوهُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a mouse falling into clarified butter. He replied, "If it is solid, throw it away along with what is around it. If it is liquid, do not approach it."

سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْفَأْرَةِ تَقَعُ فِي السَّمْنِ فَقَالَ «إِنْ كَانَ جَامِدًا فَأَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ مَائِعًا فَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ was asked about a mouse that fell into a pot of fat, and he said, "Throw it away along with what is around it and eat it."

سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَقَالَ «أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلُوهُ»

The Prophet ﷺ was asked about a mouse that had fallen into butter-fat (and died). He said, "Throw away the mouse and the portion of butter-fat around it, and eat the rest." (Using translation from Bukhārī 5540)

النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَمَاتَتْ فِيهِ فَقَالَ أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلُوهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a mouse that fell into oil. He said, "If the oil is solid, it should be removed and what is around it should be thrown away. But if the oil is liquid or dissolved, it should not be eaten."

سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ جَامِدًا أُخِذَتْ وَمَا حَوْلَهَا فَأُلْقِيَتْ وَإِنْ كَانَ ذَائِبًا أَوْ مَائِعًا لَمْ يُؤْكَلْ

the Prophet was asked about a mouse that fell into the cooking fat. He said: "If it (the fat) is solid, then throw it away, and whatever is around it. If it is liquid then do not use it at all."(Daif) (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4260)

"إِذَا وقعت (الفأرةُ) في السَّمْنِ، فإِنْ كانَ جامِدًا فأَلقُوها وما حَوْلَها، وإِنْ كانَ مائِعًا فلا تَقْرَبُوهُ".

("خُذُوها وما حَوْلَها فاطْرَحوه".

يعنى الفأرةَ وقعت في السَّمْن".

"إِنَّ النَّبِىَّ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنِ الفَأرَةِ تَقَعُ في السَّمْنِ؟ قَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ جَامِدًا فَألقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا، وإِنْ كَانَ مَائِعًا فَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُ".

"سُئِلَ النبىُّ ﷺ عَنْ الفَأرَة تَقَعُ في السَّمْنِ؟ فَقَالَ: إِذَا كَانَ جَامِدًا فَأَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلها، وإِنْ كَانَ مَائِعًا فَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُ".

"سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنِ الْفَأرَةِ تَقَعُ فِي السَّمْنِ، قَالَ: إِذَا كَانَ جَامِدًا فَأَلْقُوهُ وَمَا حَوْلَهَا، وِإنْ كَانَ مَائِعًا فَلاَ تَقْرَبُوهُ".
