8. Book of Food
٨۔ كِتَابُ الْأَطْعِمَةِ
a mouse fell into some cooking fat and died. The Prophet was asked (about that) and he said: "Throw it away, and whatever is around it, and eat (the rest)." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4258)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَقَالَ «أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلُوا»
[Machine] This cannot be translated into English as it is an incomplete sentence and the meaning depends on the context.
عَنْ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ بِإِسْنَادِهِ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was asked about a rat that fell into oil and died, so he said: "Take it and what is around it, then discard it."
سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَمَاتَتْ فَقَالَ «خُذُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا فَاطْرَحُوهُ»
[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ, about him, Abu Muhammad said: "When it is in a liquid state, pour it."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوَهُ قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد «إِذَا كَانَ ذَائِبًا أُهَرِيقَ»
