The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: The difference between our fasting and that of the people of the Book is eating shortly before dawn.

The People of the Book did not eat suhur

muslim:1096a – Qutaybah b. Saʿīd > Layth > Mūsá b. ʿUla from his father > Abū Qays a freed slave of ʿAmr b. al-ʿĀṣ > ʿAmr b. al-ʿĀṣ

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The difference between our ˹way of˺ fasting and that of the People of the Book is eating of the suhur.
