I heard Abu-l-Qasim (the Prophet) saying, "If somebody slanders his slave and the slave is free from what he says, he will be flogged on the Day of Resurrection unless the slave is really as he has described him."  

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ وَهْوَ بَرِيءٌ مِمَّا قَالَ جُلِدَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ  

He who accused his slave of adultery, punishment would be imposed upon him on the Day of Resurrection, except in case the accusation was as he had said.  

أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بِالزِّنَا يُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ  

"If somebody slanders his slave (by accusing him of committing illegal sexual intercourse) and the slave is innocent from what he says, Allah will impose the punishment upon him on the Day of Resurrection, unless it is as he said about him." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1947)   

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ نَبِيُّ التَّوْبَةِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بَرِيئًا مِمَّا قَالَ لَهُ إِلَّا قَامَ عَلَيْهِ يَعْنِي الْحَدَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ

أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ نَبِيُّ التَّوْبَةِ «مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بَرِيئًا مِمَّا قَالَ أَقَامَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ جَيِّدٌ  

"مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ وَهُوَ بَرئٌ ممَّا قَال جُلدَ يَومَ الْقيَامَة حَدًا إِلا أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَال".  

"مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بالزِّنَا يُقَامُ عَلَيهِ الْحَدُّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلا أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَال".
