[Machine] "He who does not enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong is destroyed." He then said, "No, rather he who does not recognize good in his heart and disapproves evil in his heart is destroyed."  

الطبراني:٨٥٦٤ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ جَاءَ عَتْرِيسُ بْنُ عُرْقُوبٍ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ إِلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ فَقَالَ

هَلَكَ مَنْ لَمْ يَأْمُرْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ فَقَالَ «بَلْ هَلَكَ مَنْ لَمْ يَعْرِفْ قَلْبُهُ الْمَعْرُوفَ وَيُنْكِرْ قَلْبُهُ الْمُنْكَرَ»

"عَنِ ابْن مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّهُ: سُئِلَ هلَكَ مَنْ لَمْ يَأمُرْ بالْمَعْروفِ، وَلَمْ ينه عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ، فَقَالَ: لَا وَلَكِنْ هَلَكَ مَنْ لَمْ يَعْرِفْ بقَلبه مَعْروفًا وَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ بقَلْبهِ منكرًا".
