The Prophet ﷺ said, "I am your predecessor (forerunner) at the Lake-Fount, and whoever will pass by there, he will drink from it and whoever will drink from it, he will never be thirsty. There will come to me some people whom I will recognize, and they will recognize me, but a barrier will be placed between me and them."  

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِنِّي فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ مَنْ مَرَّ عَلَىَّ شَرِبَ وَمَنْ شَرِبَ لَمْ يَظْمَأْ أَبَدًا لَيَرِدَنَّ عَلَىَّ أَقْوَامٌ أَعْرِفُهُمْ وَيَعْرِفُونِي ثُمَّ يُحَالُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُمْ  

I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount (Kauthar), and whoever will come to it, will drink from it, and whoever will drink from it, will never become thirsty after that. There will come to me some people whom I know and they know me, and then a barrier will be set up between me and them."  

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ مَنْ وَرَدَهُ شَرِبَ مِنْهُ وَمَنْ شَرِبَ مِنْهُ لَمْ يَظْمَأْ بَعْدَهُ أَبَدًا لَيَرِدُ عَلَىَّ أَقْوَامٌ أَعْرِفُهُمْ وَيَعْرِفُونِي ثُمَّ يُحَالُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُمْ  

The Prophet ﷺ said, "I am your predecessor (forerunner) at the Lake-Fount, and whoever will pass by there, he will drink from it and whoever will drink from it, he will never be thirsty. قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ مَنْ مَرَّ عَلَيَّ شَرِبَ وَمَنْ شَرِبَ لَمْ يَظْمَأْ أَبَدًا لَيَرِدَنَّ عَلَيَّ أَقْوَامٌ أَعْرِفُهُمْ وَيَعْرِفُونِي ثُمَّ يُحَالُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُمْ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I will be waiting for you at the Hawd (a pond in paradise). Whoever comes to me, he will drink, and whoever drinks, he will never thirst again. Surely there will be people who I will recognize due to their familiarity with me, but then they will be prevented from reaching me."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ فَمَنْ وَرَدَ عَلَيَّ شَرِبَ وَمَنْ شَرِبَ لَمْ يَظْمَأْ أَلَا لَيَرِدَنَّ عَلَيَّ أَقْوَامٌ أَعْرِفُهُمْ بِعِرْفَانٍ ثُمَّ يُحَالُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُمْ»  

I heard the Prophet, saying, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount. (Al-Kauthar) . (Using translation from Bukhārī 6589)  

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَمَنْ وَرَدَ شَرِبَ وَمَنْ شَرِبَ لَمْ يَظْمَأْ أَبَدًا وَلَيَرِدَنَّ عَلَيَّ أَقْوَامٌ أَعْرِفُهُمْ وَيَعْرِفُونِي ثُمَّ يُحَالُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُمْ»  

"إِنِّى فرطُكُم على الْحَوْضِ، مَنْ مَرَّ علىَّ شرِبَ، وَمَنْ شرِبَ لمْ يَظْمأْ أَبدًا، وليردنَّ علىّ أَقوامٌ أَعْرِفُهم وَيَعْرِفونى ثُمَّ يحالُ بَيْنِى وبيْنَهُمْ، فأَقولُ: إِنَّهُمْ مِنِّى فيقالُ: إِنَّك لا تَدْرِى ما أَحدثُوا بعْدَكَ فأَقُولُ سُحْقًا سُحقًا لِمَنْ بَدَّلَ بَعْدِى".  

"أَنا فرطكم على الحوض، من وردَ يشرَبُ، ومن يشرب لم يظمأ أَبدًا، وليرِدَنَّ علىَّ أَقوامٌ أَعرفهم ويعرفونى ثمَّ يحالُ بينى وبينهم، فأَقول: إِنهم منِّى. فيُقَالُ: إِنَّك لا تدرى ما عملوا بعدك. فأَقول: سحقًا لمن بدَّلَ بعدى" .
