[Machine] It was said to Ma'rar, and I was with him, "Was wudu' taken from what the fire has touched?" He said, "He took it from Anas, and Anas took it from Abu Talhah, and Abu Talhah took it from the Prophet ﷺ."  

الطبراني:٤٧١١ – حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ حَمْدَوَيْهِ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ قَالَا ثنا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ

قِيلَ لِمَطَرٍ وَأَنَا عِنْدَهُ مِمَّنْ أَخَذَ الْحَسَنُ «الْوُضُوءُ مِمَّا مَسَّتِ النَّارُ» ؟ فَقَالَ أَخَذَهُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ وَأَخَذَهُ أَنَسٌ عَنْ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ وَأَخَذَهُ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

Abu Dawud said “I heard Muhammad bin Isa narrating this tradition who said Mu’tamar narrated it to us. And he (Mu’tamar) said “ I heard Al Hakam bin Aban narrating this tradition. He did not mention the name of Ibn ‘Abbas. Abu Dawud said “Al Hussain bin Huraith wrote to me saying “Al Fadl bin Musa narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas to the same effect from the Prophet ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2225)  

أحمد:٩٤٩٠ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ يَقْطَعُ الصَّلَاةَ الْكَلْبُ وَالْحِمَارُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ قَالَ هِشَامٌ وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ  

ahmad:16348 – ʿAffān > Hammām > Qīl Limaṭar al-Warrāq

[Machine] It was said to Matar Al Warraqi: "I am with him, from the one who used to take al-Hasan, that he would perform ablution with what changed the fire." He said: "He took it from Anas, and Anas took it from Abu Talhah, and Abu Talhah took it from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."  

أحمد:١٦٣٤٨ – حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ

قِيلَ لِمَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ وَأَنَا عِنْدَهُ عَمَّنْ كَانَ يَأْخُذُ الْحَسَنُ أَنَّهُ يَتَوَضَّأُ مِمَّا غَيَّرَتِ النَّارُ قَالَ أَخَذَهُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ وَأَخَذَهُ أَنَسٌ عَنْ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ وَأَخَذَهُ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ
