عَطَاءُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, may ﷺ , said, "Whoever is afflicted with a dispute among the Muslims, they should be fair among them in the sitting, by signaling and looking, and not raise their voice over one of the disputants more than the other."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنِ ابْتُلِيَ بِالْقَضَاءِ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَلْيُسَاوِي بَيْنَهُمْ فِي الْمَجْلِسِ فِي الْإِشَارَةِ وَالنَّظَرِ وَلَا يَرْفَعُ صَوْتَهُ عَلَى أَحَدِ الْخَصْمَيْنِ أَكْثَرَ مِنَ الْآخَرِ»
