[Machine] She said, "O Messenger of Allah, my clan, Banu Abi Salama, are in my house and they have nothing except what I have spent on them. Will I be rewarded if I spend on them?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "Yes, spend on them and you will be rewarded for what you have spent on them."

الطبراني:٢٠٣٠٨ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ بَنِي أَبِي سَلَمَةَ فِي حِجْرِي وَلَيْسَ لَهُمْ شَيْءٌ إِلَّا مَا أَنْفَقْتُ فَلِي أَجْرٌ إِنْ أَنْفَقْتُ عَلَيْهِمْ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَنْفِقِي عَلَيْهِمْ فَلَكِ أَجْرُ مَا أَنْفَقْتِ عَلَيْهِمْ»

bukhari:1467 – ʿUthmān b. Abū Shaybah > ʿAbdah > Hishām from his father > Zaynab Āb.ah Um Salamah > Um Salamah

(the daughter of Um Salama) My mother said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! Shall I receive a reward if I spend for the sustenance of Abu Salama's offspring, and in fact they are also my sons?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Spend on them and you will get a reward for what you spend on them."

البخاري:١٤٦٧ – حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ زَيْنَبَ ابْنَةِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ {عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ} قَالَتْ

Will I be rewarded if I spend on them?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Spend on them, for you will be rewarded for what you spend on them."

أحمد:٢٦٦٤٢ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ زَيْنَبَ ابْنَةِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ
