[Machine] Narrated by Abu Sayyara al-Mutui, who was a freed slave of Banu Bajalah, he said, "I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, I have some bees.' He said, 'Give a tenth (of the honey as charity).' I said, 'And protect its mountain for and he protected its mountain for me.'"

الطبراني:١٩١٧٤ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا أَبُو مُسْهِرٍ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي سَيَّارَةَ الْمُتُعِيِّ وَكَانَ مَوْلًى لِبَنِي بَجَالَةَ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ لِي نَحْلًا قَالَ «أَدِّ الْعُشْرَ» قُلْتُ «وَاحْمِ لِي جَبَلَهَا فَحَمَى لِي جَبَلَهَا»

Abu Sayyarah Al-Muta said: “I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! I have bees.' He said: 'Give one-tenth.' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah!' Protect it for me.' And he protected it for me.”

[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have some honeybees." He said, "Give it a tenth." I said, "Can I burn their hives?" So, he permitted me to burn their hives.  

الطبراني:١٩١٧٥ – حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي سَيَّارَةَ الْمُتْعِيِّ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ لِي نَحْلًا قَالَ «أَدِّ الْعُشْرَ» قُلْتُ «فَاحْمِ لِي جَبَلَهَا فَحَمَى لِي جَبَلَهَا»  

bayhaqi:7458 – Abū Bakr Muḥammad b. al-Ḥasan b. Fūrak > ʿAbdullāh b. Jaʿfar b. Aḥmad > Yūnus b. Ḥabīb > Abū Dāwud al-Ṭayālisī > Saʿīd b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz > Sulaymān b. Mūsá > Abū Sayyārah al-Mutuʿī

[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have some bees." He said, "Give away a tenth." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, help me carry them up the mountain." So, he helped me carry them up.  

[Machine] And this is the most authentic narration regarding the obligation of the tithe, and it is disconnected. Abu Isa at-Tirmidhi said, "I asked Muhammad ibn Ismail al-Bukhari about this, and he said, 'This is a Mursal hadith, and Suleiman ibn Musa did not reach any of the Prophet's companions. There is nothing valid in the Zakat of honey.' Al-Bukhari and Abdullah ibn Muhriz consider the hadith as weak, meaning by that, the weakness of its narration from az-Zuhri from Abu Salama from Abu Huraira in relation to honey."
البيهقي:٧٤٥٨ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكٍ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي سَيَّارَةَ الْمُتُعِيِّ قَالَ

وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ مَا رُوِيَ فِي وُجُوبِ الْعُشْرِ فِيهِ وَهُوَ مُنْقَطِعٌ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى التِّرْمِذِيُّ سَأَلْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبُخَارِيَّ عَنْ هَذَا فَقَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُرْسَلٌ وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى لَمْ يُدْرِكْ أَحَدًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَلَيْسَ فِي زَكَاةِ الْعَسَلِ شَيْءٌ يَصِحُّ قَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَرَّرٍ مَتْرُوكُ الْحَدِيثِ يَعْنِي بِذَلِكَ تَضْعِيفَ رِوَايَتِهِ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ مَرْفُوعًا فِي الْعَسَلِ
