عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ وَائِلٍ

tabarani:18319 – [Chain 1] Ṭālib b. Qurrah al-Adnī > Muḥammad b. ʿĪsá al-Ṭabbāʿ [Chain 2] al-Ḥusayn b. Isḥāq al-Tustarī > Yaḥyá al-Ḥimmānī > Abū ʿAwānah > ʿAbd al-Malik b. ʿUmayr > ʿAlqamah b. Wāʾil from his father

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever unlawfully seizes someone's land, he will meet Allah while He is angry with him."  

الطبراني:١٨٣١٩ – حَدَّثَنَا طَالِبُ بْنُ قُرَّةَ الْأَدْنِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى الطَّبَّاعُ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ غَصَبَ رَجُلًا أَرْضًا ظُلْمًا لَقِيَ اللهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ»

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever takes a (false) oath in order to grab (others) property, then Allah will be angry with him when he will meet Him." (Using translation from Bukhārī 2673)  

أحمد:٢٠٢٩٢ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ وَحَجَّاجٌ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عِيَاضًا أَبَا خَالِدٍ قَالَرَأَيْتُ رَجُلَيْنِ يَخْتَصِمَانِ عِنْدَ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ فَقَالَ مَعْقِلُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ رَجُلٍ لَقِيَ اللهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ  

ahmad:20295 – Yaḥyá b. Saʿīd > Shuʿbah > ʿIyāḍ Abū Khālid

“Whoever swears a false oath in order to seize the wealth of a Muslim unlawfully, he will meet Allah when He is angry with him.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2323)   

أحمد:٢٠٢٩٥ – حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عِيَاضٌ أَبُو خَالِدٍ قَالَ كَانَ بَيْنَ جَارَيْنِ لمَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ كَلَامٌ فَصَارَتِ الْيَمِينُ عَلَىأَحَدِهِمَا فَسَمِعْتُ مَعْقِلَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ يَقُولُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالَ أَخِيهِ لَقِيَ اللهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ
