[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The souls of the believers are like birds suspended in paradise until Allah returns them to their bodies on the Day of Resurrection."  

الطبراني:١٦٢٣١ – حَدَّثَنَا إِدْرِيسُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْعَطَّارُ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ فَارِسٍ ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَرْوَاحُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي طَيْرٍ مُعَلَّقٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ حَتَّى يَرُدَّهَا اللهُ إِلَى أَجْسَادِهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»

ذِكْرُ تَكْوِينِ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَلَا نَسَمَةَ الشَّهِيدِ طَائِرًا يَعْلُقُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ إِلَى أَنْ يَبْعَثَهُ اللَّهُ جَلَّ وَعَلَا

ibnhibban:4657 – Muḥammad b. al-Ḥasan b. Qutaybah > Yazīd b. Mawhab > al-Layth > Ibn Shihāb > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Kaʿb b. Mālik from his father

“The believer’s soul is a bird that eats from the trees of Paradise, until it will be returned to his body on the Day when he is resurrected.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 4271)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «نَسَمَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ طَائِرٌ يَعْلُقُ فِي شَجَرِ الْجَنَّةِ حَتَّى يَرُدَّهَا اللَّهُ إِلَى جَسَدِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»
