[Machine] The Prophet, ﷺ , said: "O Allah, support Islam with either Umar ibn Al-Khattab or Abu Jahl ibn Hisham." Abu Kurayb added to his narration: "So Umar became a Muslim that day and went to the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ ." Abu Kurayb said in his narration: "O Allah, honor Islam."  

الطبراني:١١٦٥٧ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ خَالِدِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْجُعْفِيُّ قَالَا ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا النَّضْرُ أَبُو عُمَرَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ أَيِّدِ الْإِسْلَامَ بِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ أَوْ بِأَبِي جَهْلِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ» زَادَ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ فَأَصْبَحَ عُمَرُ فَغَدَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَسْلَمَ يَوْمَئِذٍ قَالَ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ «اللهُمَّ أَعَزَّ الْإِسْلَامَ»

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ أَعِزَّ الإِسْلاَمَ بِأَبِي جَهْلِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ أَوْ بِعُمَرَ قَالَ فَأَصْبَحَ فَغَدَا عُمَرُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَأَسْلَمَ

"عَن عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْن عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ أَعِزَّ الإِسْلَامَ بَأَبِي جَهْلِ بْن هِشَامٍ أَوْ بِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، فَأَصْبَحَ عُمَرُ، فَغَدَا عَلَى رَسُولِ الله ﷺ فَأَسْلَمَ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَصَلَّي فِي الْمَسْجِدِ طَاهِرًا".
