that the Prophet ﷺ said: “Anyone who did a wrong or committed a sin and is ashamed of it, then this will be his atonement.”

الطبراني:١٠٥٣٧ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَامِرِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعْدٍ الْبَقَّالِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَعْقِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَخْطَأَ بِخَطِيئَةٍ وَأَذْنَبَ ذَنْبًا ثُمَّ نَدِمَ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَتُهُ»
