"إِيَّاكُمْ وَالقُسَامَةَ، الرَّجلُ يَكُونَ عَلَى الغنائِم بين النَّاسِ فَيَأخُذُ مِنْ حَظِّ هذا وَحَظِّ هَذَا ".  

[د] أبو داود [ق] البيهقى في السنن عن عطاءَ بن يسار مرسلًا، عن أبى سعيد ؓ

Ata' reported a similar tradition (to No 2777) from the Prophet ﷺ. This version adds: a man is appointed on groups of people, and takes (wages) from the share of this, and from the share of this.
