"إِنَّ الَّذى حَرَّمَ شُرْبَها حَرَّم بيْعَها - يَعْنى: الخمر".  

[حم] أحمد [م] مسلم [حب] ابن حبّان عن ابن عباس (ورواه [طس] الطبرانى في الأوسط من حديث جابر بسند فيه المقدام بن داود وهو ضعيف [طب] الطبرانى في الكبير عن ابن عباس، ورجاله ثقات)
