"أَجْنَبْتُ وَأَنَا في الإِبِلِ وَلَمْ أَجِدْ مَاءً، فَتَمعَّكْتُ بِمَعكِّ الدَّابَّة، فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَكْفِيكَ مِنْ ذلِكَ التَّيَمُّمُ".

"I became Junub while I was on a camel and I could not find any water, so I rolled in the dust like an animal. I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and told him about that, and he said: 'Tayammum would have been sufficient for you.'"
أَجْنَبْتُ وَأَنَا فِي الإِبِلِ فَلَمْ أَجِدْ مَاءً فَتَمَعَّكْتُ فِي التُّرَابِ تَمَعُّكَ الدَّابَّةِ فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ بِذَلِكَ فَقَالَ إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَجْزِيكَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ التَّيَمُّمُ

[Machine] I traveled in the sand and became dusty like the animal. Then, I came to the Prophet ﷺ and informed him. He said, "For that, performing tayammum (dry ablution) would have sufficed you."
