"عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: إِذَا حَضَرَكَ أَمْرٌ لَا تَجِدُ مِنْهُ بُدّا فَاقْض بِمَا فِي كِتَابِ الله، فَإِنْ عَييتَ فَاقْض بِسُنَّةِ رَسُول الله ﷺ فَإِنْ عَييتَ فَاقْضِ بِمَا قَضَى بِهِ الصَّالِحُونَ، فَإِنْ عَيِيتَ فَأَومِئْ إِيمَاءً وَلَا تَألُ، فَإِنْ عَييتَ فَافْررْ مِنْهُ وَلَا تَسْتَحى".

[Machine] "When a matter comes to you that requires attention, refer to what is in the Book of Allah and judge according to it. If you find clarity, then follow what the Messenger ﷺ decided. If you still struggle, then follow the decisions of the righteous people. If you still struggle, then take up the matter and do not be hesitant. And if you still struggle, then seek guidance from your heart and do not hesitate."  

الطبراني:٨٩٢١حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ قَالَ
