"عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَدِمَ على رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَرْبَعُمِائَةِ رَجُلٍ أَوْ أَرْبَعُمِائَةِ أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ مِن الأُزدِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ : مَرْحَبًا بِالأُزدِ، أَحْسَنُ النَّاسِ وُجُوهًا، وَأَشْجَعُهُمْ قُلُوبًا، وَأَعْظَمُهُمْ أَمَانَةً، شِعَارِكُمْ يَا مَبْرُور".
[AI] "I heard Ibn Abbas say that a delegation of four hundred people from the tribe of Azd Shanu'ah came to the Prophet ﷺ. He greeted them by saying, 'Welcome, O Azd! You are the best of people in appearance, with the most pleasant speech, and the bravest for a meeting. You are trustworthy. O Mabrur, your motto is safety.'"
سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ وَفَدَ عَلَى النَّبِي ﷺ أَرْبَعُ مِائَةِ أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ أَوْ أَرْبَعَةُ مِائَةِ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَزْدِ شَنُوءَةَ فَقَالَ «مَرْحَبًا بِالْأَزْدِ أَحْسَنُ النَّاسِ وُجُوهًا وَأَطْيَبُهُ أَفْوَاهًا وَأَشْجَعُهُ لِقَاءً وَآمَنُهُ أَمَانَةً شِعَارُكُمْ يَا مَبْرُورُ»
