[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ, he said that if you strive and achieve the matter, you will have ten rewards. And if you strive and make a mistake, you will still receive one reward.  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فَإِنْ اجْتَهَدْتَ فَأَصَبْتَ الْقَضَاءَ فَلَكَ عَشَرَةُ أُجُورٍ وَإِنْ اجْتَهَدْتَ فَأَخْطَأْتَ فَلَكَ أَجْرٌ وَاحِدٌ  

[Machine] Two men quarreled in front of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , so he said to 'Amr, "Settle the matter between them." 'Amr asked, "Shall I settle it while you are present, O Messenger of Allah?" The Prophet replied, "Yes, but if you make a just decision, you will have the reward of ten good deeds, and if you strive and make a mistake, you will still be rewarded."  

أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ لِعَمْرٍو «اقْضِ بَيْنَهُمَا» فَقَالَ أَقْضِي بَيْنَهُمَا وَأَنْتَ حَاضِرٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ عَلَى أَنَّكَ إِنْ أَصَبْتَ فَلَكَ عَشْرُ أُجُورٍ وَإِنِ اجْتَهَدْتَ فَأَخْطَأْتَ فَلَكَ أَجْرٌ»  

"إِنْ أَصَبْتَ القضَاءَ بَيْنَهُما فَلك عَشْرُ حَسَنَات، وَإنْ اجْتهَدْت فَأَخْطَأَت فَلكَ حسَنَةٌ وَاحدَةٌ" .
