"إذَا نَهقَ الحِمارُ فتعوَّذوا بالله من الشَّيطانِ الرَّجيِم".

quran:16:98 –

So when you recite the Qur'an, ˹first˺ seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the expelled ˹from His mercy˺.  

And when you recite the Qur’ān, that is, when you intend to recite it, seek refuge in God from Satan the outcast, in other words, say a‘ūdhu bi’Lllāhi min al-shaytān al-rajīm, ‘I seek refuge in God from the accursed Satan’.
القرآن:١٦:٩٨ –

فَإِذَا قَرَأْتَ الْقُرْآنَ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ  

{فإذا قرأت القرآن} أي أردت قراءته {فاستعذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم} أي قل: أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم.

عُثْمَانُ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ

tabarani:7312 – ʿAlī b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz > ʿĀṣim b. ʿAlī > Isḥāq b. Yaḥyá b. Ṭalḥah > Ibn Ṣuhayb > Abīh Ṣuhayb > Rasūl Allāh Ṣallá

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "When you hear a donkey braying, seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan."  

الطبراني:٧٣١٢ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ صُهَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ صُهَيْبٍ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِذَا نَهِقَ الْحِمَارُ فَتَعَوَّذُوا بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ»
