أحمد:١٧٢٩٢ – حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا عُهْدَةَ بَعْدَ أَرْبَعٍ

The Prophet ﷺ said: The contractual obligation of a slave is three days. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3506)   

الحاكم:٢٢٠٠ – فَحَدَّثْنَاهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ السَّدُوسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ وَأَبُو مُوسَى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «عُهْدَةُ الرَّقِيقِ أَرْبَعُ لَيَالٍ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ عَلَى الْإِرْسَالِ فَإِنَّ الْحَسَنَ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ صحيح الإسناد لكن الحسن لم يسمع من عقبة
