"مَنْ سُرِقَ فَوَجَدَ سَرقتهُ عِنْدَ رَجُل غَيرِ مُتَّهَمٍ فَإِنْ شَاءَ أَخَذَهَا بالتُّهْمَةِ وَإِنْ شَاءَ اتَّبَعَ صَاحِبَهُ".
