"مَا أَحَدٌ مِنْ النَّاسِ أَفْضَلَ عَلَيَّ نِعْمَةً في أهْلٍ وَمَالٍ من أَبِي بَكْرٍ، وَلَوْ كُنْتُ مُتَّخِذًا خَلِيلًا لاتَّخذْتُهُ، وَلَكِنْ أُخُوَّة الإِسْلامِ".
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If I were to take anyone as my intimate friend, I would have taken Abu Bakr as my intimate friend. However, the brotherhood of Islam is superior." This means that Abu Bakr was made a father, which means a grandfather.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَوْ كُنْتُ مُتَّخِذًا أَحَدًا خَلِيلًا لَاتَّخَذْتُهُ خَلِيلًا وَلَكِنْ أُخُوَّةُ الْإِسْلَامِ أَفْضَلُ» يَعْنِي «أَبَا بَكْرٍ جَعَلَهُ أَبًا» يَعْنِي الْجَدَّ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No one is better than Ali in terms of favors from Ahlul Bayt nor in terms of wealth than Abu Bakr. If I were to take a close friend, I would have chosen him, but brotherhood in Islam or Iman is sufficient."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا أَحَدٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ أَفْضَلُ عَلِيَّ فِي نِعْمَةِ أَهْلٍ وَلَا مَالٍ مِنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَلَوْ كُنْتُ مُتَّخِذًا خَلِيلًا لَاتَّخَذْتُهُ وَلَكِنْ أُخُوَّةُ الْإِسْلَامِ أَوِ الْإِيمَانِ»
