"لِكُلِّ سَهْوٍ سَجْدَتَانِ بَعْدَ مَا يُسَلِّمُ".
The Prophet ﷺ said: For each forgetfulness there are two prostrations after giving the salutation. No one except Amr (ibn Uthman) mentioned the words "from his father" (in the chain AbdurRahman ibn Jubayr ibn Nufayr from Thawban).
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لِكُلِّ سَهْوٍ سَجْدَتَانِ بَعْدَ مَا يُسَلِّمُ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ عَنْ أَبِيهِ غَيْرُ عَمْرٍو
“I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: ‘For every mistake there are two prostrations, after saying the Salam.’”
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ فِي كُلِّ سَهْوٍ سَجْدَتَانِ بَعْدَ مَا يُسَلِّمُ
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "For every mistake, two prostrations (Sajdah) should be performed after the concluding salutation (Salam)."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِكُلِّ سَهْوٍ سَجْدَتَانِ بَعْدَ مَا يُسَلِّمُ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "For every unintentional mistake, there are two prostrations after the completion of the prayer."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لِكُلِّ سَهْوٍ سَجْدَتَانِ بَعْدَ التَّسْلِيمِ»
