"قَضَى بِالسَّلَبِ لِلْقَاتِلِ".  

[د] أبو داود عن خالد بن الوليد، [طب] الطبرانى في الكبير عن عوف بن مالك

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالسَّلَبِ لِلْقَاتِلِ وَلَمْ يُخَمِّسِ السَّلَبَ
