أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالسَّلَبِ لِلْقَاتِلِ وَلَمْ يُخَمِّسِ السَّلَبَ
“A father should not be killed for his son.”
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يُقْتَلُ بِالْوَلَدِ الْوَالِدُ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to accept gifts, but he did not accept charity.
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْبَلُ الْهَدِيَّةَ وَلَا يَقْبَلُ الصَّدَقَةَ
"There is no 'bringing', no 'avoidance' and no Shighar in Islam." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3591)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ وَلَا شِغَارَ
The above mentioned tradition has also been transmitted in a similar manner by Ibn 'Abbas from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1491)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يَا بِلَالُ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ
the Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed judgment on the basis of an oath (from the claimant) along with a (single) witness. [This is in the absence of two witnesses.] (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2368)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ
[AI] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ visited the house at night.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ زَارَ الْبَيْتَ لَيْلًا
Yahya said, "Malik said from Jafar ibn Muhammad from his father that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pronounced judgement on the basis of an oath with one witness."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ
ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ كَانَ يَقْبَلُ الْهَدِيَّةَ مِمَّنْ أَهْدَاهَا لَهُ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ يَقْبَلُ الصَّدَقَةَ
[AI] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to accept gifts but would not accept charity."
«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقْبَلُ الْهَدِيَّةَ وَلَا يَقْبَلُ الصَّدَقَةَ»
[AI] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ settled in the vicinity."
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْجِوَارِ»
[AI] "That the Prophet ﷺ made the spoils of war permissible for the fighters and did not divide it."
«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ جَعَلَ السَّلَبَ لِلْمُقَاتِلِ وَلَمْ يُخَمِّسْهُ»
[AI] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled for confiscation for the killer."
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالسَّلَبِ لِلْقَاتِلِ»
[AI] The Messenger ﷺ said, "A fighter has nothing."
قَالَ رَسُولُ ﷺ لَيْسَ لِقَاتِلٍ شَيْءٌ
