" عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ اللَّيْثىِّ قَالَ: أَصَبْنَا يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ غَنَمًا، فَانْتَهَبَهَا النَّاسُ، فَجَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَقُدورهُمْ تَغْلِى، فَقَالَ: مَا هَذَا؟ قَالَ: نُهْبَةٌ يَا رَسُولَ الله، قَالَ: اكْفِئوهَا فَإنَّ النُّهْبَةَ لاَ تَحِلُّ، فَكَفَأُوا مَا بَقِى فِيهَا".

[Machine] We captured sheep on the day of Khaybar, and the people took them eagerly. Then the Prophet ﷺ came and saw their pots boiling. He asked, "What is this?" They replied, "It is a share, O Messenger of Allah." He said, "Return it, for the share is not permissible. Just keep what is left of it."  

الطبراني:١٣٧١حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ أَنَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ

أَصَبْنَا يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ غَنَمًا فَانْتَهَبَهَا النَّاسُ فَجَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَقُدُورُهُمْ تَغْلِي فَقَالَ «مَا هَذَا؟» فَقَالُوا نُهْبَةٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قَالَ «أكْفِئُوها فَإِنَّ النُّهْبَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ فَكَفَئُوا مَا بَقِيَ فِيهَا»

[Machine] We captured sheep in the Day of Khaybar, so we took them hastily. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came and their pots were boiling. They said, "Indeed, this is a spoil (Nahba)." He said, "Suffice the pots because indeed, spoils are not permissible."
