"رُبَّ أَشْعثَ أَغْبر، لَوْ أَقْسَم علَى اللَّهِ لأَبرَّهُ".
Many a people with dishevelled hair are driven away from the door (but they are so pious) that if they are to swear in the name of Allah, He would definitely fulfil that.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ رُبَّ أَشْعَثَ مَدْفُوعٍ بِالأَبْوَابِ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لأَبَرَّهُ
Many a person with disheveled hair and covered with dust is turned away from the doors (whereas he is held in such a high esteem by Allah) that if he were to adjure in the name of Allah (about anything) Allah would fulfil that.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ رُبَّ أَشْعَثَ مَدْفُوعٍ بِالأَبْوَابِ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لأَبَرَّهُ
that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "How many are there with dishevelled hair, covered with dust, possessing two cloths, whom no one pays any mind to - if he swears by Allah then He shall fulfill it. Among them is Al-Bara bin Malik."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَمْ مِنْ أَشْعَثَ أَغْبَرَ ذِي طِمْرَيْنِ لاَ يُؤْبَهُ لَهُ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لأَبَرَّهُ مِنْهُمُ الْبَرَاءُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "How often a disheveled, dusty person is despised and belittled, yet his prayers are answered. If he were to swear an oath by Allah, Allah would fulfill it."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «رُبَّ أَشْعَثَ أَغْبَرَ ذِي طِمْرَيْنِ تَنْبُو عَنْهُ أَعْيَنُ النَّاسِ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لَأَبَرَّهُ»
ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الْمُدْحِضِ قَوْلَ مَنْ أَبْطَلَ وُجُودَ الْمُعْجِزَاتِ فِي الْأَوْلِيَاءِ دُونَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «رُبَّ أَشْعَثَ ذِي طِمْرَيْنِ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لَأَبَرَّهُ»
"رُبَّ أَشْعثَ مدْفُوعٍ بالأَبواب، لَوْ أَقْسم على اللَّه لأَبَرَّهُ".
"رُبَّ أَشْعثَ أَغْبر ذِى طِمْريْن تَنْبُو عنْهُ أَعْيُنُ النَّاسِ لَوْ أَقْسم علَى اللَّهِ لأَبرَّهُ".
"المؤْمِنُ أَشعثُ أَغْبَرُ مَعفَّر ذو طِمُرَين لو أقْسم على الله لأبَرَّه" .
"كَمْ مِنْ أَشعثَ أَغْبَرَ ذِي طِمْرَين لَا يُؤْبَهُ لَهُ، لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى الله لأَبَرَّهُ مِنْهُم البَرَاءُ بن مَالِك" (*).
