"عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزيدَ قَالَ: لَم يَكُنْ مقص (*) عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ الله ﷺ وَلاَ أَبِي بَكرٍ وَلاَ عُمَرَ، وَكَانَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ قَصَّ تَميمٌ الدَّارِيُّ، اسْتَأذَنَ عُمَرَ فَأَذِنَ لَهُ، فَقَصَّ قَائمًا".
[Machine] "It was not narrated during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ nor during the time of Abu Bakr. The first person to narrate it was Tameem Al-Dari, who sought permission from Umar ibn Al-Khattab to narrate it to the people while standing, so Umar granted him permission."
أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ يُقَصُّ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺوَلَا أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَكَانَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ قَصَّ تَمِيمٌ الدَّارِيُّ اسْتَأْذَنَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ أَنْ يَقُصَّ عَلَى النَّاسِ قَائِمًا فَأَذِنَ لَهُ عُمَرُ
[Machine] "He did not narrate during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, nor during the time of Abu Bakr and Umar, until Tamim al-Dari was the first to narrate and seek permission from Umar, so he granted him permission and he narrated it standing."
«لَمْ يُقَصَّ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَلَا أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ حَتَّى كَانَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ قَصَّ تَمِيمٌ الدَّارِيُّ وَاسْتَأْذَنَ عُمَرَ ؓ فَأَذِنَ لَهُ فَقَصَّ قَائِمًا»
