"عَنْ تَمِيم الدَّارِىِّ قَالَ: قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ الله إِنَّ أُنَاسًا يجتنبون (*) أَسْنَامَ الإبِلِ وَهِىَ أَحْيَاء وأَذْنَابَ الغَنَمِ وَهِى أَحْيَاء، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ : مَا أَخَذُوا مِنَ الْبَهيَمَةِ وَهِىَ حَيَّة فَهُوَ مَيْتَة".

[Machine] They said, "O Messenger of Allah, some people slaughter the camels and sheep by cutting off their humps and tails while they are still alive." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whatever is cut off from an animal while it is still alive, it is considered dead."  

الطبراني:١٢٧٧حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الدِّمْيَاطِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْهُذَلِيُّ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ تَمِيمٍ الدَّارِيِّ قَالَ
