"عَنْ تَمِيم الدَّارِىِّ قَالَ: قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ الله إِنَّ أُنَاسًا يجتنبون (*) أَسْنَامَ الإبِلِ وَهِىَ أَحْيَاء وأَذْنَابَ الغَنَمِ وَهِى أَحْيَاء، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ : مَا أَخَذُوا مِنَ الْبَهيَمَةِ وَهِىَ حَيَّة فَهُوَ مَيْتَة".

[Machine] They said, "O Messenger of Allah, some people slaughter the camels and sheep by cutting off their humps and tails while they are still alive." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whatever is cut off from an animal while it is still alive, it is considered dead."  

الطبراني:١٢٧٧ – حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الدِّمْيَاطِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْهُذَلِيُّ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ تَمِيمٍ الدَّارِيِّ قَالَ

قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ أُنَاسًا يَجُبُّونَ أَسْنِمَةَ الْإِبِلِ وَأَذْنَابَ الْغَنَمِ وَهِي أَحْيَاءُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا قُطِعَ مِنَ الْبَهِيمَةِ وَهِي حَيَّةٌ فَهُوَ مَيْتَةٌ»
