"تُسْتَأمَرُ اليَتيمَة في نَفْسِهَا، وَصَمْتُهَا: إِقْرَارُهَا".
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A widow has a greater right over herself than her guardian, and a virgin seeks permission for herself, and her silence is her acceptance.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْأَيِّمُ أَوْلَى بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا وَالْبِكْرُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ فِي نَفْسِهَا وَصَمْتُهَا إِقْرَارُهَا
[Machine] The Messenger of Allahﷺ said: The widow has more right to her own self than her guardian, and the virgin woman should seek permission regarding herself, and her silence is considered as her consent.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْأَيِّمُ أَوْلَى بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا وَالْبِكْرُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ فِي نَفْسِهَا وَصَمْتُهَا إِقْرَارُهَا
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The divorced woman has more right over herself than her guardian, and the virgin is to be asked for her consent, and her silence is considered as consent."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الثَّيِّبُ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا وَالْبِكْرُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ وَصَمْتُهَا إِقْرَارُهَا»
"آمِّرُوا الْيَتِيمَةَ في نَفْسِها وإِذْنُها صمَاتُها ".
