الحاكم:٧٩٩٠ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ عَوْدًا عَلَى بَدْءٍ ثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي يُوسُفَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْوَلَاءُ لُحْمَةٌ كَلُحْمَةِ النَّسَبِ لَا تُبَاعُ وَلَا تُوهَبُ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ

ذِكْرُ الْعِلَّةِ الَّتِي مِنْ أَجْلِهَا نُهِيَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلَاءِ وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ
