عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ
[AI] That the Prophet ﷺ said: "The one who is accused is more deserving of the right-hand testimony than the one who has not been presented with clear evidence."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ أَوْلَى بِالْيَمِينِ مِمَّنْ لَمْ تَقُمْ لَهُ بَيِّنَةٌ
