"الظَّهْرُ يُرْكَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا وَلَبَنُ الدَّرِّ يُشْربُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا؛ وعَلَى الَّذِي يَشْرَبُ وَيَرْكَبُ النَّفَقَةُ ".

Collected by Bukhārī, Abū Dāwūd, Tirmidhī, Ibn Mājah, Aḥmad, Ibn Ḥibbān, Bayhaqī, SuyūṭīMessenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The mortgaged animal can be used for riding as long as it is fed and the milk of the milch animal can be drunk according to what one spend on it. The one who rides the animal or drinks its milk should provide the expenditures."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الرَّهْنُ يُرْكَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا وَلَبَنُ الدَّرِّ يُشْرَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا وَعَلَى الَّذِي يَرْكَبُ وَيَشْرَبُ النَّفَقَةُ
The Prophet ﷺ as saying: The milk of milch camels may be drunk for payment when in pledge, and the animal may be ridden for payment when it is pledge; payment being made by the one who rides and the one who drinks. Abu Dawud said: In our opinion this is correct.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَبَنُ الدَّرِّ يُحْلَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا وَالظَّهْرُ يُرْكَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا وَعَلَى الَّذِي يَرْكَبُ وَيَحْلِبُ النَّفَقَةُ
That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ: "A riding animal can be ridden while it is pawned, and a milking animal can be milked while it is pawned, and it is up to the one riding and drinking (the milk) to maintain it."

“A mount may be ridden when it is pawned, and its milk may be drunk when it is pawned, but the one who rides it or milks it must pay for its upkeep.' ” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2440)
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الرَّهْنُ يُرْكَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ وَلَبَنُ الدَّرِّ يُشْرَبُ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا وَعَلَى الَّذِي يَرْكَبُ وَيَشْرَبُ نَفَقَتُهُ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that one should use his transportation for the noon prayer (Dhuhr) if it is pledged, and one should drink camel milk if it is pledged, and the transportation and milk are upon the one who drinks and uses them.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الظَّهْرُ يُرْكَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا وَيُشْرَبُ لَبَنُ النَّاقَةِ إِذَا كَانَتْ مَرْهُونَةً وَعَلَى الَّذِي يَشْرَبُ وَيَرْكَبُ النَّفَقَةُ
"الرَّهْنُ يُرْكَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ وَيُشْرَبُ لبَنُ الدَّرِّ إِذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا، (وَعَلَى الَّذِي يَرْكَبُ وَيَشْرَبُ نَفَقَتُهُمَا".
"لَبَنُ الدَّرِّ يُحْلَبُ بِنَفَقَتِه إذَا كَانَ مَرْهُونًا، والظَّهْرُ يُرْكَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ إِذَا كَان مَرْهُونًا، وَعَلَى الَّذِي يَرْكَبُ وَيَحْلِبُ النَّفَقَةُ".
