Emerging from between the backbone and the ribs.  

issuing from between the loins, of the man, and the breast-bones, of the woman.

يَخْرُجُ مِنْ بَيْنِ الصُّلْبِ وَالتَّرَائِبِ  

{يخرج من بين الصلب} للرجل {والترائب} للمرأة وهي عظام الصدر.
