quran:86:13

Indeed, the Qur'an is a decisive statement,  

assuredly it, the Qur’ān, is a decisive word, distinguishing between truth and falsehood,
القرآن:٨٦:١٣

إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌ  

{إنه} أي القرآن {لقول فصل} يفصل بين الحق والباطل.
