By the sky which returns ˹rain˺  

By the heaven of returns, ˹of˺ the rain that returns time and again,
القرآن:٨٦:١١

وَالسَّمَاءِ ذَاتِ الرَّجْعِ  

{والسماء ذات الرجع} المطر لعوده كل حين.
