So I swear by what you see  

So indeed (fa-lā: lā is extra) I swear by all that you see, of creatures,
القرآن:٦٩:٣٨

فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِمَا تُبْصِرُونَ  

{فلا} زائدة {أقسم بما تبصرون} من المخلوقات.
