And see, for they are going to see.  

and watch; for they will ˹soon˺ see — this ˹statement˺ is repeated in order to emphasise the threat made to them and to reassure the Prophet (s).

وَأَبْصِرْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ  

{وأبصر فسوف يبصرون} كرر تأكيدا لتهديدهم وتسلية له ﷺ .
