[Machine] A companion of the Prophet ﷺ fell from a date palm and died. The Prophet ﷺ was then given his inheritance and asked if he had any relatives or family. They replied no, so the Prophet ﷺ said, "Look for some of his family members" and Ibn Bashshar said, "Give it to the people of his tribe."  

الكبرى للنسائي:٦٣٦٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى أَبُو مُوسَى وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ بُنْدَارٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَهْدِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ يَعْنِي الثَّوْرِيَّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ عَنْ مُجَاهِدِ بْنِ وَرْدَانَ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ مَوْلًى لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ خَرَّ مِنْ عِذْقِ نَخْلَةٍ فَمَاتَ فَأَتَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِمِيرَاثِهِ فَقَالَ «هَلْ لَهُ مِنْ رَحِمٍ أَوْ نَسَبٍ؟» قَالُوا لَا قَالَ «انْظُرُوا بَعْضَ أَهْلِهِ» وَقَالَ ابْنُ بَشَّارٍ أَهْلَ قَوْمِهِ فَأَعْطُوهُ إِيَّاهُ

[Machine] The servant of the Prophet ﷺ fell from a palm tree and died. So, he was brought to the Prophet ﷺ who asked, "Does he have any lineage or family?" They said, "No." He said, "Give his inheritance to some of the people of his village."
