قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {لَقَدْ رَأَى مِنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِ الْكُبْرَى} [النجم: 18]

nasai-kubra:11479 – ʿAmr b. ʿAlī > Yaḥyá > Sufyān > ʿAmr b. ʿAlī > ʿAbd al-Raḥman > Shuʿbah > al-Aʿmash > Ibrāhīm > ʿAlqamah

(regarding the revelation) Truly he (Muhammad) did see of the signs of his Lord; the Greatest!' (53.18) The Prophet ﷺ saw a green screen covering the horizon. (Using translation from Bukhārī 4858)   

الكبرى للنسائي:١١٤٧٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي قَوْلِهِ {لَقَدْ رَأَى مِنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِ الْكُبْرَى} [النجم 18] قَالَ رَأَى رَفْرَفًا فِي حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ «أَخْضَرَ قَدْ سَدَّ الْأُفُقَ»

Regarding the Verse: "Indeed he (Muhammad) did see. Of the Signs of his Lord, The Greatest!" (53.18) That the Prophet ﷺ had seen a green carpet spread all over the horizon of the sky.

[Machine] Regarding Al-A'mash's narration on Allah's statement {Indeed, he saw of the greatest signs of his Lord} [Surah An-Najm, verse 18], Ibn Mas'ud said: The Prophet ﷺ saw a green fluttering from Paradise that covered the horizon. He mentioned this from Ibrahim, from Alqamah, from Abdullah.

عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ فِي قَوْلِهِ ﷻ {لَقَدْ رَأَى مِنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِ الْكُبْرَى} [النجم 18] قَالَقَالَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ رَأَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ رَفْرَفًا أَخْضَرَ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ قَدْ سَدَّ الْأُفُقَ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ  

tabarani:9051 – ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad b. Saʿīd b. Abū Maryam > al-Firyābī > Sufyān > al-Aʿmash > Ibrāhīm > ʿAlqamah

[Machine] About Abdullah's statement {Indeed, he has seen of the signs of his Lord, the greatest}, he said, "He saw a green banner that covered the horizon."
