٤۔ كِتَابُ الزَّكَاةِ

4.60 [Machine] Gift of a woman without the permission of her husband

٤۔٦٠ عَطِيَّةُ الْمَرْأَةِ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا

"When the Messenger of Allah conquered Makkah, he stood up to address the people and said in his Khutbah; 'It is not permissible for a woman to give anything without her husband's permission."' (He narrated it) in abridged from. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2540)  

الكبرى للنسائي:٢٣٣٢أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ

لَمَّا فَتَحَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَكَّةَ قَامَ خَطِيبًا فَقَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ «لَا يَجُوزُ لِامْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا» مُخْتَصَرٌ
